Wharton has a robust career readiness program that supports first-year students as they search for internships and jobs. Career Readiness @ Wharton was piloted in 2024 with 50 first-year students and continues to expand at a rapid pace as Wharton students understand the importance it plays on their path forward.

The alumni capstone experience launches in February 2026 as an integral part of the "Career Readiness @ Wharton" program.
