GapWell's enterprise partnership with The Wharton School officially launched during the Spring 2026 semester to support first-year undergraduate students with our unique student-alumni capstone experience ("Mind The Gap"), as the culminating experience for the students who enroll in the Career Readiness @ Wharton program.
As both the co-founder of GapWell and an active MBA alumni from The Wharton School, Seth Kessler brought his unique perspective on how to best engage both the Wharton student and alumni community.

The successful collaboration between Wharton students and alumni led to an expanded enterprise scope with GapWell for the 2026 - 2027 academic year.
It's remarkable when you can support the next generation while at the same time engage an alumni community that is looking for creative ways to give back with their most valuable assets -- specifically time and wisdom.

A number of exciting new initiatives will build on the initial success of "Mind The Gap" -- including the Fall 2026 launch of "Career Confidential."
